The current web footprint does not fully leverage the brand's credibility, product depth, or SEO potential — leaving significant lead-generation and customer engagement value untapped.

In addition to the 7 individually designed pages above, during the 45-day development period we will build and populate up to 80 further content pages — including product sub-pages, blog articles, service detail pages, industry-specific landing pages, and more — using the approved design templates established in Phase 2. This allows the site to launch with substantial content depth and a broad SEO footprint, without incurring additional per-page design cost.

08 — Terms & Next Steps

How We Proceed

Proposal Terms

  • This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Project commencement requires signed agreement and 50% advance payment.
  • The 45 working day timeline begins upon receipt of confirmed advance.
  • All client content (text, images, product data) to be provided within 5 working days of kickoff.
  • Up to two revision rounds included per design phase. Additional revisions billed at agreed rate.
  • Template page build (up to 80 pages) uses client-provided content; placeholder content used if not supplied in time.
  • Hosting, domain, and third-party API costs are not included in the quoted price.
  • Source code and all design files handed over to the client upon final payment clearance.

Next Steps to Begin

  • Review and approve this proposal document.
  • Sign the Project Agreement / Service Level Agreement.
  • Remit 50% advance payment to initiate the project.
  • Attend the kickoff call to finalise scope, content requirements, and timeline.
  • Provide brand assets: logo files, brand guidelines, existing content, and product data.
  • Designate a primary point of contact from General Petroleum for all reviews and approvals.
  • AL KATEF IT SOLUTIONS begins Discovery & Design within 2 business days of advance receipt.

By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, timeline, and investment outlined in this proposal. A formal Service Level Agreement will be issued prior to project commencement.
